Students will learn techniques for all types of helpful labor positions for hospitals, birthing centers and at-home births. Correct body mechanics, stamina, how to work well with the medical staff and birth partner, what supplies to bring to the birth, do’s and don’ts, will all be discussed, demonstrated, and practiced.
